Cancellation policy

At Bug-A-Salt, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. The following points describe our cancellation policy:

Cancellation before shipping

  1. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bugasalt.de . We will make every effort to stop the order from shipping, and you will receive a full refund.
  2. If the cancellation request is received after the order has been processed for shipping but not yet shipped, we will attempt to stop the shipment, but cannot guarantee this. If we are unable to stop the shipment, please refuse delivery. The package will then be returned to us. Once we receive the returned items, you will be refunded.

Cancellation after shipping

  1. For orders that have been shipped but not yet delivered, you can refuse to accept the package and have it returned to us. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund.
  2. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, for online or other distance sales, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, during which you have to "cool off" the purchase. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

Cancellation after delivery

  1. If you wish to cancel your order after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy .
