Delivery conditions

Shipping information:

All orders are expected to be processed within 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

During peak sales periods, we may ship outside of these times; however, we will inform customers of any major delays.

Shipping costs and estimates:

Shipping cost calculation: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

It is not possible to pick up your order from our premises, as we are only an online shop.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bugasalt.eu with your name and order number, and we will take care of it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, or as required by law, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in undamaged original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@bugasalt.eu with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will handle these cases individually but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
